To have a healthy life you have to do exercise regularly , about three times a week .Also you need to have a balance diet where you eat all kind of food, but not many bad fats like a burger. You have to eat many fruits and vegetables, a few proteins ( you get them eating dishes like a piece of meat or fish) and a few carbohydrates to get a lot of energy. And to have a good health is also necessary to drink three glasses of water everyday.
